As a coach, my goal isn't to make people skinnier, it's to make everyone a male or female version of Bruce Wayne.
Our process isn't slow, it's fast. We just work on a lot of things at once. Improve diet a little, then posture, then hydration, then sleep, then strength, then mindset, then goals, then drive, then injury prevention, then to quantifying, then using technology to improve health, preventive plans, and so on and so on.
It's not about being skinny in a few months, it's about being a much better version of yourself every year for as long as you live. It's about becoming better in every quantifiable way.
Even if you were skinnier in the future, doesn't necessarily mean you are better off than you were. Then you will still be unhappy and that weight will come back with interest.
Be your best. Even on your worst day.
