Why You Need Strong Shoulders And Hips

Shoulders and hips are the two attachment sites for the limbs. And for most sedentary people, the weakest parts of their bodies.

Weak shoulders equals a bad neck. Weak hips equals a bad lower back.

This is obviously an oversimplification but a general rule of thumb. They are the things that attach the limbs to your spine, and it can either support it or cause it wear and tear.

Like Shakira said, the hips don't lie. And in this case, the shoulders as well.
