Why Work Is Fun

The nice thing about what we do is we get to train people like professional athletes without dealing with the egos of professional athletes.

In my years of training martial arts, the difference between the great ones and the rest of us were, the great ones had a mindset where they had a super human ability to deal with failure. It didn't break them, it made them stronger.

The rest of us may wilt as they thrived under pressure. Sometimes that came with ego. Now I can instill those same lessons to our clients who are regular folks from all walks of life. They have the humility, what they sometimes lack is the spirit of someone who will not be denied.

This can be taught.
