Training ALWAYS needs to consist of a three prong approach.

Train the mind to be more focused, efficient, effective, and tougher.

The mistake everyone makes is, of thinking working out and training is just about a physical work out. This is why most of the time, training fails! It has to be 70% mental. Your opponent is yourself, and time is against you. You will be indecisive, weak, and every time you procrastinate, time will take away all your opportunities. It's like playing chess except every time you hesitate, you lose one of your pieces.

You have to change the way you think before you can change the way you and your body feels and work together because obviously there is a disconnect if you need training at all. You didn't just get out of shape, you disconnected from yourself.

Momentum needs to slow down, then stop before it can reverse. Improving yourself takes time, be patient with yourself and believe in the system. Believe in me and most importantly believe in yourself. This is a total collaboration.


Too often people believe it is the lack of information that is the key to their failure. Though information is critical, it's not the first step nor the most important step. A chaotic mind won't listen anyway. You have to calm your mind, your expectations, your comfort zones, before anything can work. Most of all you need faith. Then we can apply everything we know about science, exercise, nutiriton, and health. And only then. But it's your journey and we are just there to help.
