FIRST DAY

Everything changes starting today.
Our primary goal as trainers are always to do our clients no harm. Meaning treat any existing injuries and prevent any future injuries.

After that is making you mentally tougher than you were when you walked in. Your goals of weight loss, muscle building, etc. will always be secondary to those primary goals. That is the foundation to a strong house.

With that said on your first day you will write a declaration. It's the purpose of your training. It can't be too easy. It's something you have to think about, but you will declare it AS IF you have already attained it. We all know what you want but you can't succeed at getting what you want unless you know why you want it. If you know what you want, and why you want it, we will show you how to get there. But if you don't know why you want it, it will make our job a little tougher.

What would you do if you could not fail? 

AIM HIGH!

Do what you thought you couldn't do.

Whatever your goal is, it will be declared staring with the words "I AM" at the front of it.

No plan B. No settling. Success is a full time job. You may go on vacations, but you can never take a vacation from your goals.

We all set goals but why do they succeed where the rest of us fail?

Because they didn't quit. Where you saw barriers, they only saw hurdles.
