The enemy of testosterone is cortisol, the stress hormone. Both important but the balance shifting to higher cortisol and lower testosterone.
Some of the ways you can increase testosterone is by lifting heavy things, eating grass fed or pasture raised foods, sprinting, eating "good fats" and zinc, especially from seafood and shellfish.
You can lower cortisol with good sleep, a practice of meditation, avoiding sugar, doing calming things, hiking, avoiding over-training, avoiding too much cardio, getting some sun and vitamin D.
